Magnetic black universes and wormholes with a phantom scalar

We construct explicit examples of globally regular static, spherically symmetric solutions in general relativity with scalar and electromagnetic fields which describe traversable wormholes (with flat and AdS asymptotics) and regular black holes, in particular, black universes. A black universe is a nonsingular black hole where, beyond the horizon, instead of a singularity, there is an expanding, asymptotically isotropic universe. The scalar field in these solutions is phantom (i.e., its kinetic energy is negative), minimally coupled to gravity and has a nonzero self-interaction potential. The configurations obtained are quite diverse and contain different numbers of Killing horizons, from zero to four. This substantially widens the list of known structures of regular black hole configurations. Such models can be of interest both as descriptions of local objects (black holes and wormholes) and as a basis for building nonsingular cosmological scenarios.Comment: 13 pages, 6 figure

750 Natalia the economic and legal analysis of the terms of international delivery contracts involving Russian suppliers

Purpose: The article presents an economic and legal analysis of the terms of contracts for international delivery of goods involving Russian suppliers. Design/Methodology/Approach: The authors analysed the international norms of regulating relations for the goods’ delivery involving the foreign element. Terms of the goods delivery are investigated according to the national legislation of the Russian Federation. Findings: As a result, it is necessary to use an economic and legal approach when developing contract terms for the goods’ delivery to take into account norms of international law, the national legislation of the supplier country and in accordance with the calculations of the contract price and payment terms. Practical Implications: The proposed method is in accordance with the international legal framework and it can be adopted by the Russian Federation easily. Originality/Value: There is no such an approach eligible to modernize the existing system in the country.peer-reviewe

The fundamentals of teaching creativity (based on the example of great britain)

The aim of the investigation is to find out the fundamentals of creative activity of pupils in a comprehensive school and reveal its main characteristics on the basis of analysis of the British system of education experience considering the original modern official educational documents devoted to optimization of education and its increased focus on the creative development of children and teenagers. Methods. Author uses the methods of theoretical analysis of original foreign materials; systematization and classification of the data from original foreign sources. Results. The main characteristics of creativity are purposefulness, aiming at search of a new idea or creation of worthy product, and also dependence on the environment that means search of sphere of educational activity for disclosing of individual creative potential of the pupil. Character of creative activity depends on personal characteristics of the performer, the high level of motivation and active use of imagination. Scientific novelty. The main characteristics of creative activity as seen by British educators are specified, particularly such feature as dependence on the environment is exposed, and the importance of using traditional teaching methods within the innovative ones is proved; the methods of teaching creativity used by British teachers are picked out and classified according to the levels of creative activity; practical recommendations for successful implementation of teaching creativity are described, such as taking advantage of spontaneous educational situations and the following changes in the work agenda. Practical significance. Analysis and systematization of the foreign researchers’ experience enriches Russian theory of education with understanding the fundamentals of teaching creativity. The singled out peculiarities of teaching creativity give perspectives for the scientific substantiation of adaption of the innovative components into Russian system of education and make it possible to predict the ways of developing the process of teaching creativity in Russia. The classification of creative teaching methods and practical recommendation for their implementation can be adapted to Russian system of education Цель статьи – раскрыть суть креативной деятельности учащихся общеобразовательной школы и выявить ее основные характеристики на основе анализа опыта Великобритании и содержания документов, принятых в этой стране с целью оптимизации познавательного процесса и его концентрации на творческом развитии детей и подростков. Методы. Автор использовал методы теоретического анализа, систематизации и классификации данных из оригинальных зарубежных источников. Результаты. В качестве основных характеристик креативной деятельности обозначены ее целенаправленность, ориентация на поиск новой идеи и создание нового продукта, обладающего ценностью, а также «средовость», которая подразумевает поиск сферы учебной деятельности для раскрытия индивидуального творческого потенциала учащегося. Тип креативной деятельности зависит от личностных особенностей осуществляющего ее человека. Такая деятельность предполагает высокий уровень мотивации индивида и активное включение его воображения. Научная новизна. Уточнены составляющие понятия «креативная деятельность» в педагогике, обоснована необходимость применения наряду с традиционными инновационных методов обучения; выделены и классифицированы методы обучения, используемые английскими педагогами для формирования навыков и приобретения учащимися опыта креативной учебной деятельности; представлены практические рекомендации для успешного осуществления креативной деятельности, в частности описаны возможные действия учителя при неожиданно возникающих учебных ситуациях и варианты спонтанного отступления от плана работы. Практическая значимость. Анализ и обобщение опыта зарубежных педагогов обогащает отечественную педагогику в области обучения креативной деятельности. Сформулированные специфические особенности обучения креативной деятельности открывают перспективы для научного обоснования и внедрения инновационных компонентов в отечественную систему школьного образования, а также позволяют прогнозировать результаты такого внедрения
